    Description

      Problem Statement:

      Plant Planners would like the ability to mark whether the Critical shipment data is updated in RR system or not.

      For this, create a new column 'Changed in RR' that can only be updated by PP, PP/CS. CS. ES.
      The above column should be editable only after the MOT Change Status is 'Approved' status and not before.

      Currently these roles does not have ability to change status so ensure that  PP, PP/CS. CS. ES are able to edit the MOT change Status as well
