Include Critical Shipment data in Last Mile

Problem statement : AMP team can indicate critical shipment in SR module. Whenever shipment is being put as critical shipment (Active or Closed) , which is urgent shipment, and they should be prioritized for release. So user want to able to identify the critical shipment

Acceptance criteria : Indicate critical shipment as Closed. Active or Cancelled , also include critical shipment flag in parameter for filtering
