The Order Status is displayed as Requested for the Cutover upload orders

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Login to the S2O portal with valid credentials.
      2. Click on Upload button enabled under the switch view.
      3. Select the Process as Cutover from the Upload screen and upload a proper file and click on Upload.
      4. Select the records and click on Submit button
      5. Now, search the order generated above and observe the results.

      Expected Value: 

      User should be able to see the order status as Open for the Cutover upload.

      Actual Value:

      User is unable to see the order status as Requested for the Cutover upload.
