Sold to and Ship To values are not logged in UI for the Edit Refs

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to the S2O portal with valid credentials
2. Select a SKU having Open orders in it
3. Select the order from the AG Grid and click on the Edit Refs button enabled
4. In Edit refs page, edit the Sold To and Ship To fields and click on Save.
5. Go to history screen, observe the results.

Expected result:

User should be able to see the Sold To and Ship To Values in the History Screen under the Vetting section.

Actual result:

User is unable to see the Sold To and Ship To Values in the History screen but it is present in the DB.
