TC EXEC - Sprint-131-LM_N/A from 'Additional Info' is not reflecting anywhere on LM Manual Entry section,  LM Detailed Table or History

Steps to recreate: 

Navigate to Last Mile-> EU Release-> Select SKU-> Navigate to LM Details Table-> Select SKU and navigate to LM Manual Entry section

Select N/A for all fields available under 'Additional Info' (License,ART ,M3 ,Temp, API  CoA ,Docs
,SZL and Essers)

Actual Result:  N/A is visible in dropdowns but don't show after Save (anywhere on LM Manual Entry section,  LM Detailed Table or History.)

Expected Result: On Save -> all these above details should be populated on LM Details table, History and on LM Manual Entry section.
