Uploaded records for Viatris Monthly are not getting displayed in the Vetting for Release/Reject actions to be performed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to the S2O portal with valid credentials.
2. Click on Upload button from the home screen.
3. In upload screen, select the process as Vetting Monthly and browse a proper file.
4. Click on upload, select the records from the result table and click on Submit button.
5. System shows a pop-up message that Orders are submitted successfully.
6. Now, go back to the home screen, click on Vetting button.
7. In Vetting screen, filter the above submitted records.
8. Observe the results.

Expected result:

The records uploaded should be displayed in the Vetting screen for Release/Reject actions to be performed.

Actual result:

The records uploaded are not getting displayed in the Vetting screen.
