S2O Advices - not working

PP S2O advices are not displaying in SIQ. They are triggering in backend but are never displayed in the advice list – e.g the below this week for Puurs that are visible in the datasource

This is causing big issue because the materials are not showing up in the users list of materials to review and therefore not being reviewed and reflecting as such in the metric reporting.

There are 2 actions we need to take:

1. Fix the issue with the advices not displaying
2. Once fixed, remove all impacted materials from the datasource (I will carry out review and provide this)
