SPA - Review drop down behaviours to allow users to revert back to no value assigned

Problem Statement

Most of the drop down menus in the SPA module allow user for a value selection or a change from one value to another. Nevertheless, users are not able to revert back to a "null" or "blank" value

Clicking on the drop down and clicking on the value selected (where the tick mark is displayed), removes the tick and gives the user the feeling that they have unselected the value.

In reality the previous valiue remains saved and is not reverted back to blank or null

Acceptance Criteria

Allow for the SPA module drop downs to let the user revert back to no value selected

• either the tick can be unticked
• or a blank is made as an available choice in every drop down
