Problem Statement
Currently in Last Mile Alert Overview table and detailed table, the users are unable to select/deselect all the fields from the columns tab, this leads to a lot of manual effort.
To resolve this, enable the select/deselect all option based on clicks on the 
button in the columns tab.
Acceptance Criteria
The first click on the 
button, select all the columns available.
On the second click deselect all, and so on
