[UAT-Regression] No message displayed after clicking on Submit button in the Upload screen for all the upload processes

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to the S2O portal with valid credentials.
2. Click on Upload button enabled.
3. In upload screen select the process PC1/Cutover/Viatris Daily/Vaitris Monthly any of the following mentioned.
4. Browse the proper file and click on Upload button
5. Select the accepted records and click on Submit button
6. Observe the results.

Expected result:

After submit, system should showcase the Orders has been submitted successfully.

Actual result:

On submit, the page is just loading and system pop up is not showcasing.
