Improving standardized dropdowns of SPA

Date dropdowns - to date based selection in filters

Other that initiative name - bring the values in dropdown like PCM for all main fields (default fields in first view)

• Leave Initiative name, Region, GRP/Product, OPU, Sites and SPA ID as it is
• Date fields - change the way it works 
• Rest of the fields - bring the dropdown based on actual values
