Change "OSCAR" in all communications with "SupplyIQ"

    Description

      New users do not know OSCAR as previous platform therefore we need to change all signatures and messages with SIQ. 

       

      1. When we have a page error the message says "Contact OSCAR team". Need to change in "Contact SupplyIQ team" - screenshot attached
      2. Subscriptions messages are signed "OSCAR" - need to change with SupplyIQ team -screenshot attached
