Viatris Daily uploaded file is recorded as Open Order for the Submit NOR action

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to the S2O portal with PC1 planner role
2. Click on upload button under the Switch view
3. The Upload screen is displayed.
4. Select the Process as Viatris Daily and browse a proper new excel file.
5. Select the accepted records and click on Submit button.
6. The system pop-up is displayed as Selected orders has been submitted successfully.
7. Search the created Order in UI home screen and observe the results.

Expected result:

The uploaded order should be having Order status as Requested and Action as Submit NOR

Actual result:

The uploaded order is having Order status as Open and Action as Submit NOR.
