TC EXEC - Pop-up for detailed table/manual actions

Detailed Table:

Currently, in the detailed table section there is set of fields which are mandatory and the data will not be saved if all the fields are not saved, at the moment there is not warning message pop-up for the same due to which users may not be able to understand why the data is ot saving.

TO mitigate this, we need to enable a pop-up that will appear once the user clicks out of the cell - The pop-up should contain the column labels which are mandatory to fill (example - requestor priority/QA or QP estimated release date)

This has to be enabled both for Market and EU release process.

For EU Release process - if user is trying to save the lot qty, the mandatory fields also should be populated.

Add Market:

Enable pop-up for the cases where the user is trying to save duplicate market/ incorrect qty value.
