Logic update to be applied for in stock location stop sale date:

• If MRP controller is dedicated or common label for Bucharest: Stop sale at in stock location = Stop sale at market (take lowest stop sale at market if multiple market locations) + 30 days (average lead time for transit time + GI at elc + GR at market)
• If MRP controller is dedicated or common label for Casablanca: Stop sale at in stock location = Stop sale at in stock location between 60-70% of total shelf life (outside of 60-70% considered FAIL)
