[Regression][UAT] The requested MOT from Submit OCR screen is not displayed in the Evaluate request screen

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to the S2O portal with valid credentials
2. Select a Submitted OCR with a new requested MOT.
3. Now, click on Evaluate request and observe the results.

Expected Result:

User should be able to Requested MOT in the Evaluate Screen.

Actual result:

User is unable to see the Requested MOT in the Evaluate Screen.
