[Regression][UAT] The backend Viatris Monthly file upload is not showcasing the processed records in UI

Steps to reproduce:

1. Drop the Viatris Monthly file in the appropriate folder.
2. The scheduled batch for Monthly is completed.
3. User receives two emails, one of them will be having the CSV file generated for the uploaded records.
4. Open CSV file and check for the processed orders.
5. Now, login to the S2O portal and click on Vetting button under the switch view.
6. In Vetting screen filter the above records processed.
7. Observe the results.

Expected results:

The user should be able to see the processed records in the Vetting screen and records are ready for Release/Reject actions.

Actual result:

The user is unable to see the processed records from the backend in the UI Vetting screen for release/reject.
