[Regression][UAT] MOT is displayed twice in the Evaluate request page for the Submitted NOR orders

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to the S2O portal with valid credentials
2. Filter the screen with Open orders from the S2O Parameters field
3. Select a SKU from the Alert Overview
4. The Net Req grid is displayed in the right.
5. Now, select submit NOR order and click on Evaluate Request button enabled.
6. Evaluate Request screen is displayed.
7. Observe the results.

Expected result:

MOT should only be displayed once in the screen.

Actual result:

MOT is displayed once at first time and if user reopen the same screen MOT is displayed two time in the same row.
