Description:  Automated email trigger when PMO review flag and comments section is updated and saved

Given: User is a PAC editor and on general tab

When:  PAC editor updates PMO review flag and comments  

Then: Automated emails get triggered when it is saved/submitted

Trigger - PMO Review flag, comments update and then saved/submitted

Case1: When PAC initiator/contributor checks the PMO review box and enters comments , send notification to PMO

Subject of Mail:

• PAC ID | PMO Review Requested

Who will receive the email:

• PMO/Admin

Content of the mail:

Hi PAC PMO,

Please note that your review has been requested for  PAC-XXX

Case2: As an Initiator, I will receive a mail with verbiage "PMO has completed the review of your PAC (PAC Id).” when the PMO adds review comments.

• PAC ID | PMO Review completed with review comments

• PAC initiator 

Content of the mail:

Hi PAC Initiator,

Please note that PMO has completed the review and added review comments for PAC-XXX
