    Description

      Problem Statement

      When the SPA tool is loaded with all its records, it may be overwhelming for users to access their own records initially.

      As a user, I would like to have the SPA Tracking table filter based on the projects that I manage ( meaning, having the "Category Owner" filtered on my name when logging in).

      As a user, I also want to be able to review all the other records if ever needed

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Category owner column is filtered based on the user NTID when entering the SPA module
      • Category owner filter can be removed to browse other records
