PCM - Correction of records with Old BU

Problem Statement

Looking into PCM module, since the last Business Unit hierarchy  change, we should no longer come across PCM records with no BU documented or BU documented as PBG (Pfizer Biopharma Grp)

At the moment there are still approx. 2k records for which the BU is either missing or reflected as PBG. Let's fix this

Acceptance Criteria

• Investigate and correct why PCM records may still show no value or PBG value
• Correct the entries to reflect Primary Care / Specialty Care / Oncology Care as per the brand hierarchy
