PCM - Correct PCM NPL with missing Business Unit Value

Problem Statement

When looking into NPL PCM records, some of the records without GRP (as per OS-12989) were caused by missing Business Unit and missing Brand.

This task is to correct those records based on the enclosed file.

Acceptance Criteria

• All records highlighted in red can be deleted from the database
• All records in green need to have their Business Unit and Brand/GRP Updated
