CI: Add reminder to BSL’s to refresh data in Supply alert if status is not closed and modified date is > 30 days

Supply Lead should be notified (with email TBC) every time date of modification is elder then 30 days 'Modified Date > 30 days from now)

This applies to Alerts in Status: Open or Developed
