Description
Supply Status - Create a User View / Report layout for the US Market FDA Report (with new key figures to be created) - part1 Investigation
Problem Statement
US market demand planners are in need of a new Report Layout in the "Market Risks & Alerts" module to satisfy their product shortage reporting needs to the FDA.
Expected report layout is to match the below table (at the exception of the 2 fields highlighted in red, for which empty placeholder columns may be created)
While most the fields exists, a few new calculated need to be created. Those fileds are calculated at the material / country level (same granularity level as what is contained in the "Shortage Risk Details")
- Estimated Monthly Burn Rate (Units of Use) : ("Product Run Rate (last 3 avg shipments" * [Size]
- Current Inventory (Unit of Use): "Unrestricted Inventory" * [Size]
- Weeks of Supply : "Current DOS" / 7
- Estimated Backorder Volume (Unit of Use): "Back Order Qty" * [Size]
The [Size] attribute should be available in the APO Location Product master data table.
The table layout is documented in the enclosed excel file with the corresponding fields to be used
Acceptance Criteria
- all 4 new fields are created and made available in the "Shortage Risk Details" table (accessible in the column menu but not shown dy default.
- all 4 new fields can be made available to all markets and are not restricted to the US alone
- the report layout is created as a User View called "FDA Weekly Shortage Reporting"
- User view has a filter to only include Currently OOS and Projected OOS sku's
