      GIVEN: Validate MOT Assumptions screen
      WHEN: Click on MOT Assumptions Button
      THEN: Issue 1: Start date and End date is not populated as per LNO 
      Issue 2: Air to Ocean and Ocean to Air reason code has same option in dropdown
      Issue 3: After selection of LE2 from dropdown and enter all the derails click on Save button. Error message pop up displays for entering mandatory fields.
