Difference to be visible as negative or positive number (depending on the situation) instead of ABS Diff

Problem Statement:

Currently in the Forecast Change module, the Absolute Difference (ABS Diff) is shown as a positive number always. 

As a user, I want to see the positive or negative number and not the mod of it in the values.

Acceptance Criteria:

The value for ABS DIff should come up as a positive or negative number depending on the calculation.
