Development & Unit testing: OS-11814-Add columns for Risk/Opportunity/Standard shipment in MOT Planning

TODO:

• Add three new columns in Operation category on MOT Planning: Category, Suggested MOT, System Advice in Operations category - done
• To get the data need to update the SP: SP23_011_LAP_GetIOPIRMOTPlanningDetails done
  • All data for columns should be taken from IMP_LAP_Risk_Opportunity_MOT table
  • mapping for the columns:
    • Category is taken from Riskopportunity column from IMP_LAP_Risk_Opportunity_MOT table
    • Suggested MOT is based on Riskopportunity column (as SuggestedMOT) from IMP_LAP_Risk_Opportunity_MOT table with this conditions:
      • if riskOpportunity = 'RISK' then value is 'AIR'
      • if riskOpportunity = 'OPPORTUNITY' then value is 'secondaryMOT'
  • System Advice is taken from comment column from IMP_LAP_Risk_Opportunity_MOT table
• MOTPlanningKeyDetails class should be updated to reflect new data done
• MOTPlanningMapper in MOTPlanningRepository should be updated to return new data done
