Problem Statement

Supply Status - Add additional Column to the ANZ Shortage Report Broadcast (QA Inventory, Distributor DOS, Distributor Qty)

Correct some of the columns for which data is missing (old material number, open order qty)

Acceptance Criteria

Columns addition

• QA Inventory is added next to the other inventory columns
• Distributor DOS, Distirbutor Qty is added towards the end of the report 

Columns corrections

• Ensuring "Old Material Number" is currently dropping the leading 0´s
• "Old Material Number" is sometimes missing for some materials (while present in SAP), join condition would need to be reviewed to change country_key with plant
• Open Order Qty is currently showing 0 everywhere and needs to reflect correct values
