Inter site Service Level (%) is calculated as:
- of days where Target Safety Stock ≥50% /# Shipping Days
Metric is calculated at Material Level and reported monthly, criteria is that one material has a "Hit" every day where receiving site inventory is ≥ 50% target safety stock
Total shipping days are calculated as all days where target stock is greater than 0
Metric scope:
Receiving site materials with safety stock targets >0
Safety stock at customer site is based on Fixed amount or Days of supply based on future demand
Materials shipped from SAP sites to downstream manufacturing sites for further processing. In-scope materials are determined by combination of SAP SNP distribution demand or forecast requirements and sending site
