When decimal values have negative -sign is not showing in saved screen of Opportunities and Total Cost and Inventory value

1)When decimal values have negative -sign is not showing in saved screen of Opportunities.

When decimal values are -0.1 to -0.9 then values are showing as only 0.1 to 0.9 and not as -0.1 to -0.9 in all fields in Opportunities.

2) When decimal values are -0.1 to -0.9 then values are showing as only 0.1 to 0.9 and not as -0.1 to -0.9 in Total Cost and Inventory field in Add/Edit Opportunities screen. Refer screenshot last screenshot attached below
