PCM - Review Join condition when bringing DLPP Readiness Date (delete_flag)

Problem Statement

When joining data from MDG_PROJECT_PLAN in order to fetch some NPL project attributes and corresponding Readiness Date, we currently utlize Country Key and GRP Code.

Another field in this table is called "delete_flag". Records that have a "x" as delete_flag, should not be considered when joining the data

Acceptance Criteria

Review the join condition to include additional condition to exclude records with delete_flag as "X"
