    Description

      • Any number filled in Operational, strategic, excess needs to show a red section
      • Red section is going to open up a popup with a very simple table structure (Phase Popup_
      • Once the numbers are filled in popup, total is auto-calculated and needs to be red font until it matches the total figure 
      • User can save the figure but a validation will come, "Please note that the total needs to match the number you have filled in the main table" 
      • The red section becomes green and save can work 
      • Cell Comment is mandatory
