Description
- Simple table - Admin can change the status for an year --> and once opened, the dropdown in brand description shows the open items
- Can be closed as well and that will ensure, dropdown will not show the information
- Status - should we have finalized status ???
- Admin, can add new row, the next cycle gets added (user can add year or can add 2024 H1) upto admin
