Issue:

initiator not able to add a source of Genotropin while creating an AFW. please refer to the attachement. the source list is blank

Analysis:

We have checked the issue with user and AFW initiator not able see any value in source dropdown for AFW 498.

We checked same in dev environment, and there also we don’t see any data under source(AFW – 400 where issue is replicated in dev).

From SP - [WEB].[SP14_003_AFW_Display_OneAFW], we could see that source details are being fetched from web.afw_Source             , however for these AFW ids, data is not there in this table.

Data is inserted in web.afw_Source from SP14_008_AFW_Edit_Source, but this is called when user is selecting value from dropdown and saving it.
