Once bug is fixed, behaviour should return to normal:

if an action is taken in the exception table (ignore, create or consolidate), the record should disappear from front end. if it stays visible, user thinks it has not been processed
if a PCM is getting allocated an esponsor number from the PCM tracker screen, it should also drop the corresponding entry for brand/country in the exception table (marking it as "Created")

Problem Statement

This is a 2 fold issue:

when being in the PCM tracker screen, some PCMs with empty esponsor request numnber were documented. If the country/brand combination existed in one of the sourcing grid, expectation would have been for this line to disappear (or be marked as processed) for the sourcing grid exception table
when going into the Sourcing Grid exception table in the inbox, trying to process some lines to "consolidate to existing PCM", getting the confirmation that it's done, but the entries sill remain in the sourcing grid exception table

Please check sourcing grid for Etrasimod (ESP-SG-22-000117) for countries like France, Spain, Canada (check for entries in exception table)

Please check all exceptions tables (SG, SCR, SR)
