RE: REG: INICDENT:- IM42930769(Supply IQ AFW role email issue)

Issue Description:

After closing/approving AFWs in Supply IQ, stakeholders continue to receive e-mails that "the AFW has been sended for approval" even after months of approved.

Analysis:

User has informed that for the AFW’s which were already approved by the Stakeholders but the status didn’t change to Approved and they are receiving emails for Approval of that AFWID. We have looked into the issue and found that there are AFW_Role’s in the database in the stakeholders. Hence the status haven’t moved to Approve for that AFWID’s.
