Multi Year Projection - defaulted to exclude historical data in all locations (brand summary, multibrand summary, multiyear tab)

Currently in multi year projection graph - default state is to include historical data but default needs to be modified to exclude historical data 

Changes to be made in all tabs where multi-year projection plots exists
