RP-DMS-Prod URL- Market write off performance issues

1.When user clicks on filter button of Market write off screen first time,right side section is not loading.Second time again need to refresh the page and it taking a min to load right section

2.When user toggle from Std Cost to Stat Cost screen is not loading.

3.When user select horizon value from dropdown screen is not loading.

Comments: 

Closing it as it loads fine within 1minute with all three scenarios
