Aggregation DOS and INV generation Recalc

Problem Statement:

As a upstream SR user, I should be able to see the aggregated value for the KFs Proj INV and DOS in the PIR screen after selecting the rows and hitting the 'Aggregate' button.

Acceptance Criteria:

As Upstream user, I should see the aggregated value for the KFs Proj INV and DOS in the PIR screen after selecting the rows and clicking the 'Aggregate' button.
