PCM - Re enable the country drop donw in the PAR box to allow selecting another country

Problem Statement

Currently the PAR box pop up window to select a specific PAR is filtered on Country level. Users are not able to access the country drop down and change it.

Some countries end up using stock from other markets, hence need to be able to access PAR from different countries than the one mentioned in the PCM incident.

Idea would be to enable the country filter to allow users to select a different country

Acceptance Criteria

• Leave the PAR box country filter defaulted to the country mentioned in the PCM incident
• Allow user to access the country drop down and select another country (single value drop down)
