Issue description:
When I use Pivot mode "SO Flag" for location SG14, below 2 SKUs will have stock out but they are not captured in selection SO Y. This is serious because it will lead to missing SKU that need review and close follow up. Please fix the logic urgently.

Analysis:
We have received a high priority ticket. User has informed that the Materials F000054120, F000048933 at Location SG14 has the Stock out but the SO Flag in the Alert Overview is showing ‘N’. This is high priority review for the team.
We have looked into the Data base logic and found that the SO data has 0 , hence SO Flag is showing ad ‘N’. In the stored Procedure [dbo].[SP05_002_E2E_SR_LoadAlert_Horizon_Weekly], the SO data is being populated as 1 only when the Total Demand for the Current Week is Greater than 0 and Total Receipts Simulation is greater than 0 and Projected Inventory is less than or equal to 0.
We have checked the logic for current Week, The data is 0 as the demand is greater than 0 but the receipts are equal to 0 , Hence one of the and condition is not satisfying the SO is 0.
