Change the headers - within Market TDOS

Rename the below headers

• Rule based Reduction (days) to be changed into "XXXX" - Categorization view data pop up:  put columns in same order as chart; set decimal places in table to one decimal place for all to match chart  ----> header of the column would be Maximum Rule Based Reduction (Days) and there would be an hover on this header would have the information of  "Maximum Rule Based Reduction (Days) - subject to lower threshold"
• Model TDOS is zero wherever Starting TDOS zero in Regional View and Admin View but showing as empty in 2 views but not in BSL View (Test)
