Subversion_Cancel button having issue

Steps:

Login to Oscar Dev environment.

Navigate to Regional Supply Review> Filter> Clear Alerts

Create Version> Enter Project Name, Visibility, Share By and Value for Role and Region and Sub Version Type, Input Parameter and Value

Click Save> Getting Validation "Unable to create- Exceeded maximum SKU's 500..! " for not a single SKU in "Alert Overview-Select SKU" 

Click Cancel button and again click Create Version- Controls are not refreshed entered for subversion and displaying old data. 

Expected Result: User should be able to get the fresh page for new sub version creation
