Consumption logic for warehouse

Analysis:

1)Completed the consumption logic and reviewd with Tony , tony has made some updates to the SP .

2)Tested the code and deployed in dev stage prod.

3)Made changes in the remaing SP aswell for all the warehous planning widegets , tested and redeployed in all the 3 environments.
