Problem Statement
When Sourcing Grids were loaded for the first time, we have a mix of differents grids:
- newer grids for which none of the launches were created in PCM
- old grids for which many launches already existed in PCM, for which users would very likely not take any action in the inbox
The newer one cause no issue as the actions of PCM creation through the inbox will be recorded by the system.
The older one cause the issue that the system does not recognize that PCM already existst. The fact that no creation action through the inbox are executed show the Sourcing Grid as not actioned in the reporting dashboard
Let's take the example of ESP-SG-21-000025.
- Dashboard shows 39 entires "Not Yet Created", 18 entries "Ignored"
- In realitly, almost every single country of this grid has NPL records
- Countries that had existing PCM Launches for CINBINQO should have the esponsor status changed to "Auto Created" instead of "Not Yet Created / Ignored"
NPP team is asking us to retrofit the older Sourcing Grids for which we need to reflect the proper completion status based on potentially existing PCMs in the system
UPDATE FROM 07SEP22
Shared file to upload
File has 2 tabs:
- one tab for the single PCM ID to attach to unique ESP Number / Country row
- one tab for the ESP Number to document in the individual PCM IDs
Acceptance Criteria
Evaluate options as to how to best handle. Possible ideas are:
Option1
- Create a new colum in the Sourcing Grids exception column to display PCMs numbers that belong to the same country and GRP code.
- Allow another choice in the action drop down that allows to chnage the status of the esponsor record to "Created"
- Have a pop up window allowing the users to tick all PCM IDs for which the eSponsor # can be then be copied to the corresponding fields
Option 2
Write directly in the back end
- mark the esponsor country line status as "Created"
- copy the esponsot grid number in each PCM corresponding to the country/GRP/NPL combination
