Supply Status - Prepopulated Content in "Quality & Regulatory Comments" for ANZ

Problem Statement

For the "Quality & Regulatory Comments" field in the SKU screen of Supply Status, users would like to have some pre populated text content to help guide colleagues the info they need to maintain. 

Text to be prepopulated

"TGA Assessment Framework Ranking: ..... / MSI Identifier: .... / MSI Status: ...... / MSI Lodge Date: ....."

Just a quick one....can you possibly add 2 more values to the SKU status drop down list for AUSTRALIA in Supply Status ?

They want a blank entry and another value showing "Code Discontinued" (which is different than the "Discontinued" we already have...they need both)

Acceptance Criteria

• Text is pre populated only for AU market
• Text can be erased by user if needed
• Text is redefaulted back after system clean up or forced manual clean up
