Problem Statement

Make the "Procedure Type" drop down enable with tick boxes (some, all or nothing)

Right now in the creation stage of autocalc templates, only one procedure type can be selected at a time. Users would like we replicated the field behaviour of the GSC Type / Sub type with the tick boxes

Note: to avoid user selecting ALL GSC Type and ALL Procedure type (which would create too many records in one go), if this selection is made, we can have a pop up warning the user to restrict down the selection.

Acceptance Criteria

Enable the procedure type field with tick boxes for the mass creation of rules
