PIR Grid: Ensure that the background colors and Tooltip information are also applied for S2O orders which are still partially open (ref IM41762687)

The logic which already exists for Firmed Orders should be applied for Partially Shipped Firmed Orders

Logic is as follows:

- If Confirmed Date =Null or in the past then Order in week of Need by date (when overdue consider today) else Order in week of Confirmed  Arrival date (Calculated based on Confirmed Shipby date + (Need by - Ship by).

-If Confirmed Ship by Date Qty <> Null then take this qty else take STO original qty. Display tooltip with text " Original qty=" Original qty

-If Confirmed Arrival Date <> Null then

    -Select case  Confirmed Arrival Date - Need by date in weeks (when Confirmed in the past take first week after EETT)

          Case <= 2 weeks then background color 4

          Case > 2 and <= 4 weeks then background color 5

          Case >4 weeks then background color 6

          Case <= -4 weeks then backbround color 3

  If Confirmed date = Null then background color 4

Here comes practical example:

The amount in black frame (21895) is delayed >14 weeks. What we checked with Kristof it was partially shipped already but still, remaining part should be highlighted in red (as delayed), with black frame and Shipment details available when hoovering on it.
