Write Off - Total Distressed $ showing negative values when unit price is missing

Not a bug ---- just need to change logic 

Problem Statement

When looking at certain lines into the WO Workbench, some reflect a negative value in the "Total Distressed $ Harmonized" column...and seem to correspond to the products that do not have a cost record against them  

The negative value used only corresponds to the qty. Please see screenshot enclosed

Acceptance Criteria

 In case of price missing, this column should show 0 or null in case the "Total Distressed $ Harmonized" cannot be calcu lated because of the missing price
