PCM - Utilize the Wave field from Sourcing grid for enforcing the correct GSC Sub Type

Problem Statement

When records are getting created from the eSponsor Sourcing Grid, they are created a PCM Type NPL. No Sub type is included, users maintain it themselves

The sourcing Grid contains a "Wave" field which can define waht GSC Sub TYpe should be used when creating the PCM ID

Acceptance Criteria

• Wave 1 entries are created as NPL / New Molecules
• Wave 2 entries are created as NPL / Market Expansion
• Wave 3 entries are created as NPL / Line Extension
